I think that in the long term (2-3 years out) the price will be much higher. We have seen enough already to confirm that IDTI has transitioned their business. The next few months will be difficult for the industry and IDTI. So when you see the overall market getting toward an extreme, it makes sense to sell some calls, IMO. An extra % or 10% per year tacked onto what should be better than market performance should lift your total returns. Making slow, steady progress is not as exciting as chasing after the high flyers but it often pays off better in the long run.

Hi Dave,
I'll be adding ten percent to my holding if the price drops to $11-5/8; not that far away. I unloaded the same amount in mid-February at $15-3/4, so that cash has earned me some interest if nothing else.

I like the idea of selling covered calls. they've added a nice bit of extra profit to the sale of stock in the past. I'll have to see what I can get for some $17.50 contracts.

Thanks for reminding me!

Best regards, Tom
