Paul - IMHO - "My understanding", the deal was for CVIA to purchase company(S). Sounds very clear to me this is the "present" position. CVIA has 500K. And, the folks whom are coming over have alliances to WODT and the other companies they are communicating to purchase. What assets they bring to the table is unclear, at present; and without trying to defend WODT- is probably confidential at this moment, as, there are other companies in the wings probably with barbecue sauce. Mr. Charles is no stranger to the ways of bringing life to shell companies IMHO. The timing of the reverse is, and, I would think to the WODT group, very important for NASDAQ listing, being sooner than later (we all know how later works); and letting the CVIA shareholders know a compromise is in the works for us, of which, is unfolding in front of our eyes. Go Jack!
