What the people in any pool hall anywhere matter to putas of the news and the Supreme Court of any land is a matter of conjecture alright.

And if the cognoscenti in la Cantina Maestro do not agree on the rights of claim holders over deals brokered in backrooms by big money?

Should law and justice bow to the ill informed and prejudicial torchlite parade of the rabble? Should we let the Universities be run by hairdressers as astute as they might be? Blacksmiths sons with a passion for electricity and proof of wisdom thereof excepted.

I would rather go to the opera with Ms. Gomez and her respectful brethern electorae of such untarnished reputatione and hear her hold court at intermission.

Where is matters is where the money is. I won't say all Canuck money is honest but the world comes to us for a mature capital market that can absorb the enormous risk of mining exploration. And the survey's participants had been in Venezuela and mined there.

The Venezuelans lacked two things to develop their industry. Risk capital machinery, and technical infrastructure such as ball mills, plants, bearings, pumps, replacement parts and the know how and people to implement them optimally. We barely have them here anymore. BC has been savaged as to equipment suppliers. In 1983 I outfitted an entire
underground exploration program with pumps, drills, lab equipment and air in two weeks on the blower in Toronto. Today that would take 3 months and the stuff would have to come from the US.

Still you have to come to us to get a mining industry nascent. Brazil and Chile won't help. So the survey is done where the money is. The money knows.

ps: The real reason Canada has such a mining industry is its neighbour to the South is riche and for many a year Canada had wide open markets and no capital gains tax.
