David, no that site is just for regulations..I wish there was a site that listed by the type of debenture placement-sure would save some time..Looks like my call on KRHC,was pretty close this morning,a lot of resistance at $1.00,but considering the rest of the market,it did perform well today.IMO,the $1.00 level will be a tough nut to crack and hold (for 10 days). Forgot to call the company,for clarification on a possible extension-I will tomorrow,promise..DD
