MSFT could go down until there is buy support from the company.
Microsot stated that they didn't buy stock last quarter because
it was overpriced. I would think that around 80 to 84, or around
the 50 PE level, they might start buying back and may provide
some support.

The overall market is quite vulnerable and could bring down MSFT
with it for a while.
