What seems to be the problem here?

Uuh, you really have to ask that? Haven't you read the FBN thread? Doesn't it say something to you about how gullible some SI investors are? Maybe you need to check out the TechniClone thread, too. So you think SI investors should be investing in a company with management that's had legal trouble (at best), hasn't produced a real product, that has relationships with various companies that all seem to have the same contact person, and that this contact person also hosts a web site for a penny stock newsletter? Well, good for you if this doesn't raise any red flags, but I think some potential investors will appreciate knowing some of this information.

One of the strengths of the FBN thread and web site is that it shows how easy it is to create a plausible looking web site, whether or not there is a real company behind it. I think that's a valuable lesson in today's investing environment.
