Tim this FCC news item you posted is really a very substantial statement that would...if followed through...be a major wall removed for the advancement of xDSL. The FCC is telling the RBOCs to fish or cut bait and the FCC will allow the private companies to cast their lines too. The RBOC's stone walling is not going to be tolerated.
