Franklin Telecommunications Corp. designs, manufactures and distributes data communications and access and connectivity products for wide area networks, and provides Internet access and services. For the six months ended 12/97, total revenues fell 40% to $528 thousand. Net loss rosefrom $440 thousand to $1.8 million. Revenues reflect reduced demand for wide area network products. Higher loss also reflects increased product development costs and sales and marketing efforts.
