Nam, I understand how you read the post. I have a difficult time understanding how someone with as many shares as you do could even conceive he was a member of the 220/1000. I should have written it differently so no one would jump the gun, looking back, but the thought anyone would even think I was posting grand totals, just never crossed my mind because the share count was so ridicuously low. Here are what I believe to be the proper grand totals as of 5/30/97: Total Free Trading shares 2,543,393 Total restricted shares 402,608 Total outstanding shares 2,946,081 as of 3/31/97: Total non-restricted shares 769,006 or 23,070,180 pre-split Total restricted shares 192,655 or 5,779,650 pre-split Total outstanding shares 961,694 or 28,850,820 pre-split These numbers seem to show about 47,293 shares issued after the financials showed 914,401 as of 3/31/97, and before they registered 2,000,000 on April 8, 1997. Morgan said there were 809,000 post split shares (24,270,000 pre-split). So 152,694 were issued after the reverse split or a 19% dilution before the 2,000,000 were issued in April. Riley had indicated he does not have the info on all the shareholders. I gave information yesterday about approx 220 of the shareholders that he did not have before. Today we can increase that number to 264: 264 shareholders owned 4336 shares Now this in no way is an additional 264 shareholders, but instead I have added 44 shareholders to the previous total of 220 shareholders, to arrive at a new total of shareholder information about 264 shareholders which I believe to be correct. They represented back then 4336 shares in total amongst them. Other shareholders hold the remainder of the above numbers, including management... I do not have that breakdown, but hope to learn it. Call Morgan and have this information verified. If incorrect in any way, give his numbers. For those counting shares and shareholders, this may have some value. It is more information than they had before. What we do not know is if this group continues on as shreholders. Do you think they would sell their shares based on the expense to do so? Do you think they called for their shares? I do not know.
