I "monitor" about 100 threads. I post regularly to one and occasionally to six or so. The 95 percent are for information or enjoyment. Sometimes I will monitor a thread for more than a year before I feel ready to post. Some threads I do not want to post to for reasons I will not mention. I do however feel that ones reasons for posting or not posting to a thread are not the issue. I view it as a matter of principle. I am shy by nature and therefor empathize with those who have difficulty posting. I am sure there is a lot of unspoken talent already within the ranks of SI. I believe it should be considered an asset. Zeuspaul
