Some second hand news. The Monday morning hearing dealt with closing the Koch / UTS sales. It is my understanding that Koch is contesting Petro Canada royalty claim on one of the leases. Koch in the March 13, 1998 escrow agreed to assume the potential liability. I have been told the validity of the claim is questionable and currently being contested in the Canadian court. This hearing is to occur May 6/7 in Calgary. Additional US hearings set for end of week.

I would guess Bear Stearns must be confident as to closing, they have bought the Cleary Gottlieb $966,000 (legal bills for the short lawsuit) uncontested debt. After the debenture holder this makes them the largest US creditor.

hmmmm

So you sayeth Trenz??

I really didn't expect any honest-friendly responses to my last post. I seriously doubt (with the exception of JJB) that anyone on this thread knows the real truth behind this stock.

Nice attack on Ricker. I'm beginning to see the long strategy in this stock: To hell with the facts - just keep hyping and hoping!

Personally, I think the sell of the acid plant is rather telling in light of SOLV's supposed plans to develop the mineral rights. Call it long bashing if you like - the facts remain.
