Sergio. Have studied LEN, DHI and TOLL from a number of angles. LEN & DHI are in a nice sector niche (some real and many post baby boomers). They have decent cash or credit. Consumer confidence is at or near an all time high. Their costs are rising moderately (management costs quicker) but so are the salaries of their customers. They obviously had recent price corrections (ugh!). BUT. Almost all stocks are interest rate sensitive whether they should be or not. These historically really are sensitive to Fed and bond rates. As long as the specter of a rate hike hangs over our heads, these stocks will be hard-pressed to receive their due.

I'm holding. If I was filling out a portfolio with real estate, I'd rate either one a moderate buy at today's prices. If I was looking for short-term trading stocks, I'd look elsewhere.

Got a tip today that CCSI is loading up with rocket fuel for takeoff. Do the Amigos follow it?

Hanging in there,
OH
