Depends what the announcment is, imho. If the dollar (revenue) value is there, if CXI is one of two to be chosen, lets say, then there might be a small fallback before it continues towards the double digit range.

If there is no contract, unlikely, imho, you can be sure it will fall right back to where it was, if not bobble below.

Russel,

Though you can say the stock has moved up with pre-announcement expectations, it is nowhere near its previous highs. A favorable announcement should move the stock up to a new high.
