Dick, The fundamentals HAVE changed. We are now at a reported 51,000,000 outstanding shares and many are worried about further dilution. We are expecting the audited financials come this Friday, but you know how deadlines are with this company. Maybe, maybe not. We still dont know if the eps is going to meet the figure being bantied about this thread per Ira indeed. And alittle off centre, this is still a penny stock and like Kool Guy did mention....anything can and will happen and there are no controls over the Market Makers in this arena and THAT is why the shareholders are so anxious to see FAMH lasted on Nasdaq.
