Ronnings ownership of TSQD is good...

The fact that Ronning owns 70% of TSQD's SO is good for our basic investment scenario, namely, that TSQD shares price will appreciate as a funciton of Digital River share price. If Ronnings plans were to sell all of TSQD's DR holdings into the IPO and let TSQD core operations wither, why not keep your DR shares and slowly sell your TSQDs holdings into the open market?

Instead, Ronning gives away his DR shares for $1 (exercisable at company option) and hangs on tight to his TSQD shares. He obviously thinks he will get wealtheir hanging on to TSQD shares. I can't think of a better vote of confidence.
