Hi Scott,

I still like Maxx and I've decided to stay with it even though I don't think much of the consolidation. In theory, I have always felt that a consolidation should actually be viewed fairly positively, but I guess my own first hand experience has made sort of gun shy about them. However, each case really is "individual" and unique. I think that if the fundamentals of a company are good... and you are willing to be patient, a consolidation should pay off for the shareholders in time. There may be some pullback in the price after consolidation, but if there are some positive changes from a production point of view..or if gas and oil prices change suddenly, the stock could be hard to catch at the present prices. In any case, the company has always seemed undervalued to me, so IMHO, I don't really see how there can be a lot of downside.. That said... I've been proven wrong before.. (-:
Regards,
Bev
