E*Trade doesn't accept cent amounts. It was either 7/32 or 1/4, so I took 1/4 to start. I'll try 7/32 and see how that goes. I did 7/32 with GNNX a couple of months ago, and have been very pleased with the results since then. BTW, very informative and interesting post by Pres. Sounds more like a real company instead of some companies we know! I wonder where the range, (near term bottom to top) will be on this one. Russ

Mike, I paid 25 cents on Friday......I announced my purchase...so I'm sure I was slapped for it. I doubt it will matter later. It is very nice to see the official announcement of the total number of shares outstanding. Many people worried that there may have been millions of more shares....Reg S shares and such. I do hope there will be a conference call....and I think there will be when the Patriot deal is done. I really don't know what the hold-up is.....but I think that this deal will supply BANY with quite a lot to say. In fact, I believe the shareholder letter today is the beginning of a series. A happy thought. BANY is very cheap. bg ps. Hard to believe that shares are being put back into street name........So goes the cert drive. I called mine......and I know a few others did for sure.....so I guess some other large holders must have reversed course. Interesting. I will ask Sitra about it.....Could be lots-o-liars......
