Just something to think about, right now you are talking about the potential of 16 million share dilution on current 50 million or so existing, that's about 1/3 more shares. If a JV is done and they lose somewhere between 33 and 50 percent interest to the JV partner, is that necessarily any better. I have not executed complete DD on this subject for SPE, am just presenting the question as food for thought. Salut, Leigh McBain
