Jeff, if the company has announcements that are not reported yet, I do not think it is CCUR's fault. It's dog eat dog right now and everything is extremely sensitive and as I said before, they stuck their foot in their mouth big time with ONCO. So I don't think they are allowed to say anything just now. In the meantime, there are so many involved in what is going on there is bound to be leaks. If anyone is to blame it is Time Warner, TCI, etc., all the big players who set the ground rules. CCUR is a little puppy who has to live by the big dogs rules. Ken

Maybe if you did your own DD you could piece together all the information as some of us have done. How many of the cable companies have you called, how much industry info have you read, did you read the SFA press release in Jan or Feb. All the info is out there, its like a puzzle, do the work and come to a conclusion. The problem is this thread turned into a he said she said piece of info. Some wanted to piss and moan because they lost an 1/8 and then flamed those who fundamentally told the story. Thats the facts. Here is a perfect example are you aware That Merrill Lynch, Chase, and Morgan Stanley raised $100,000,000 for Diva in February, and DIVA had minimal if any revenue. What does that tell you about what Investors and Bankers thought about VOD. Now I hear That DIVA is going to go public and raise 400-500 million. I have not confirmed that but I'll keep trying. That way Jeff I let you in on the "PUBLIC INFO" if you do the work. Worry about the fundamentals and stop listening to Olivier bash Management because he lost an 1/8 and you can still make lots of $$$ in CCUR. As I have said you all better hope Goodboy keeps posting he has it all figured out.

Mr. Bash, if I hear you use the word inside information again, in regard to anything I have posted here, I will be inclined to sue you. I think you are whining because you have not done any real research. You have not spent time with the company (all investors were invited for a tour and demo of IVOD late last year). Anyone can go to a trade show and pay $600 to get in and demo products and ask as many questions from as many people as you like. Small investors like you do not go to these lengths for your 1,000 to 5,000 share positions. People who invest millions in companies don't just take the companies word for it. If your ears haven't been clogged or you are not mentally impaired, I believe Corky has been publicly stating for some time that they will have a relationship with Time Warner and SFA, along with others to follow. You have chosen to label him a liar and hype man and discount his very valuable prediction. That is your loss and anyone else who followed your whinning over the past year. Your ignorance and ungratefulness to Corkey after he took a money losing piece of crap and turned it profitable in one year to set the stage for a new business (IVOD, RTOS software)is unbeleivable. It was his vision that created the IVOD opportunity, not CCUR's old management. He may not be the best CEO to run this company, but he has done a great job in restoring the bottom line and it is my "WELL RESEARCHED" opinion that he is about to deliver on IVOD(he said so in last conference call, your ears must have malfunctioned, because I believe you were on that call. It is pitiful and defamatory that you accuse me or others that know more than you of inside information. I know more about this company than you and all the other CCUR bashers know. That is your fault. It is a joke that I have shared real info and people like you are so uninformed that I cannot have a decent discussion about any of the info I post. It sinks into this kind of attack. Sell all your CCUR and be gone from this thread. You do not deserve to benefit from the upside, TANG included. You people are a joke and have now vindicated why I should not post here. Keep stroking yourselves about charts and non-important techno jabber and your half witted investment philosphies. I have held this in, but your post set me off. How naive can you be? It really upsets me to think you and Tang and that Steve Olivier guy will make money on this stock. I will make sure to withold any good information or opinions I have in the future. It is like giving a bottle of Opus to someone who thinks Gallo is the best wine on earth. Good luck.
