What a silly rumour. Do you really believe that? What a lame attempt at sucking in the small guys.

Doug, great post. A similar SMEAR campaign happened to TPII last October. I found a representative post from a person identifying himself as "Bill Wexler," I seems to me this could be the same person as David Stern. He picks a stock that is followed on bulletin boards and then starts a smear campaign and covers his short postiion after it drops.

Fact is folks, anybody can post false information and cause the unfortunate uninformed to sell or panic. Here is the post.

By the way, TPII is doing rather nicely 7 months later.

Warning to investors reading this thread...TPII is a SCAM.

If you are considering an investment in this company...save your money. TPII is a promoting a bogus "Y2K" "solution".

The company has issued numerous press releases containing misleading information designed to give the impression that TPII has a viable business and is partnering with well-known, legitimate enterprises. TPII is only a "shell" company and is basically worthless.

As is the case with many penny stocks, promoters hired by the company actively troll internet newsgroups and investor forums and write "hype" pieces. The posters are usually the promoters themselves working under various aliases.

Be forewarned.

I will continue investigating this company and post more information as it becomes available. I am also writing lettters of complaint to the exchanges where TPII is currently traded
