Granted the NASD may want to see positive earnings from TAVA before they approve NMS. If this is the case then why would IR say that NMS would be approved before earnings would be released like they told me on the phone last week? Secondly. to reiterate my previous post, Im sceptical that the NASD would approve TAVA for NMS until they were absolutely sure of TAVA's unpredictabilty and uncertainty surrounding future market cap, earnings and revenues after the year 2000. Just hope IR is blowing smoke about this whole NMS thing. Dont get me wrong, Im very long on TAVA but im not confident that NMS will come anytime soon. Atleast not for another year. I may be wrong.
