Did I hear correctly that IBM announced another buyback and raised the dividend today? Been traveling so dont have any press release to quote. If this is correct you can count on them making the second quarter one way or another. Key is fundemental improvements in key measurements and until that happens there will be some level of discomfort. I would expect we will also see some very nice announcements in early May. Maybe push for a new high. Over hanging all of this is the Fed meeting and rates. Lot of cross-currents.
