Bill and others: Crystallex just presented at the Chicago Gold show, and Richard Marshall explained their plans at Albino in great detail. They believe that Deep rock rights for Albino will be finalized shortly as there is one last step. When that happens, the production at Albino can increase significantly. Marc Oppenbeimer answered questions after the presentation, but there were few directed to the topic of greatest interest, the Las Cristinas, as the audience was quite knowleadgeable about the legal issues, and most there realized that the course of events re: LC 4 and 6 will depend primarily on the court ruling that has been long awaited. The company has again been called down to Venezuela, and Marc Oppenheimer should now be there. It is very likely that this is about the Deep rights to Albino, but there may be other surprises favorable to Crystallex. Marc Oppenheimer pointed out again forcefully that the company has assembled an impressive board of directors, whose goal is to build a company. If LC falls into this plan, all the better, and the stock will advance rapidly, and shareholders will have a lot to celebrate about. On the other hand, if the LC issue remains clouded or KRY actually somehow loses it, so be it. They will continue to develop the company. Personally, I think that they will get the Las Cristinas, and that at the current prices, KRY imo is definitely a buy, and I have added shares, and will continue to buy. In my view, unless KRY is bought out lock, stock and barrel, this is a long term play and I intend to stick around for the ride. There will continue to be fluctuations in the share price which will allow traders opportunities to successfully trade the stock as well. As I have previously mentioned, the work ethic and dedication of Marc Oppenheimer and his team are most impressive, and it was reassuring to be able to speak to him and Richard Marshall about the important issues of the present. For these and other reasons, I remain very optimistic about the outlook for Crystallex and remain a long term shareholder. Regards Dan
