Thanks for your response. My concern is that long before the CD thing came along, the company said they were "just around the corner" from major sales for its Touchmaster and Autonet products because of completion of Beta tests (a long time ago) and rights to translate and market Touchmaster in French. Nothing seems to have happened since then however. In the case of the computers for Autonet, I would think that the funds for obtaining the units could be easily secured from a bank if MKD walked in with confirmed orders for the system. Now, the CD plant is "just around the corner". Have you seen any signs that MKD is more committed (and able) to make this work than their previous endeavors? Does anyone want to take a guess at the current support level for the stock? And, is the consolidation contingent upon the stock maintaining a minimum pre-consolidation price? Thanks.
