Chris, other people with more knowledge of Christian theology than I have repeatedly explained to you why what you believe Jesus said is not exactly the full story, so I am not even going to try. I will say that most people on earth do not believe that conservative Christians are the only ones going to Heaven. It is almost inconceivable that long after man appeared on the earth, suddenly Jesus appeared to a minority of people, and that forever after only this small group was saved. Why on earth would God make all those other people, then? But again, if this is your belief system, go ahead and believe in it, but maybe try to understand that it is a little offensive to try to scare people with it, or belittle them.

Look at the divisive way that you phrased that. Even if you believe it, you could have said "mistaken" or "confused", or just "misguided". Instead you chose to say "thief and robber" as if someone was trying to attack you, or take something away from you. Someone else choosing to believe something different than yo do is not a threat to you, nor does it mean that they are trying to do you harm. It just means that they have a difference in opinion. I thnk that people would be more open to your words, if you used language that was less insulting. JMHO, Mark
