Nathan 45 cents is a steal and still begs that question as to why that price. It is possible that the insider sold shares to someone he knows for cheaper than normal. Nathan, if I was an insider, I "may" consider selling you some shares for a little cheaper than market. It is also possible the shares could not be met in the market because of the low volume that has been trading, but why at 45 cents? It would have been very difficult to fill that amount of shares in the market. An investor or group of investors could seek an insider to sell them the shares they wanted to buy if they could not acquire them in the market. The insider could have other share options they could negotiate and easily replenish their amount of shares. Still it is quite an odd price and does stand out.

It can be very challenging to read insider trading reports because they are not very descriptive, and could use a hell of a lot more detail in them. They are often out of order, as in the dates that they happened, and you have to watch that when reading them. I think the BCSC could do a better job in reporting insider trades.

Hi Nathanc
I am just interested in how you know i am a visitor can you see that. My DD is practically no DD at all. I made alot of money with a stock called Hegco and I was in a good mood and somebody told me to buy at 70 cents. I reallize this stock for what its worth a complete gamble. But who knows it may be a three or four bagger. Several things worry me right know. Low liquidity and I mean really low. Insider selling. Lack of results. I once heard a rumour of a large diamond greater than 5 carrots being found but as this result was never released I dont really believe it either. We need good results to increase the price and I can unload half my shares at 2.00 and go on to the next one which is FMI right now. I like their story.
