P,

If it is stored in a 'flash' bios, you may be SOL. Check with the manufacturer of the equipment and see if the 'chip' is replaceable. If you are able to 'boot' from a floppy, look for a program that can read the bios and give you back your password.

Does anyone know how I can retrieve my password?

Is it a system password (via the BIOS) or a Windows 95 password?
