I think a threat may come from stockholders, but there is much bigger potential exposure from anyone up or down the supply chain who thinks your lack of reasonable preparation caused them loss in their business.

If Scott's on top of this ( notice this story came from the Denver Post) he'll make sure all ABA members and firms know who TAVA is and what they can do for their clients' arses.
