The NEC article is good news for CYMI, because it indicates that NEC is implementing DUV technology, most probably from CYMI. NEC's competitors must do the same if they want to keep up with NEC. Here's the key if you want to skip most of the tech jargon. Companies that use ".25 micron" technology probably, but not necessarily use CYMI technology. Companies that use technology smaller than .25 micron, such as .23, .18, or .15 micron, almost certainly use CYMI technology, given CYMI's huge market share for this type of technology.
