I am still burned up about that one. Leaking that 50M and being 99.0 percent sure and 100% wrong after doing the P and Warrants is unexcuseable. Once they lied to us I held to see if they would get them back and then sold off.

ON January first I decided to correct my mistakes I made last year so here is a few things I started doing.

1. Find sleepers though real world contacts.
....... a. The real world knows but the internet does not yet.
....... b. More reliable information that the PR, IR & company.
....... c. Big money investors have brokers doing their investing
2. Use investors on -line with the same objective to verify DD.
3. Investigate and verify all naysayers information.
4. Never hold a stock long unless the potential is there.
5. Grow a profolio solid that can go to a 4 or higher before BTS
6. Sell as few shares as possible to get initial.
7. Use the portfolio to draw of off as a bank to pay living expenses
8. If a company misrepresentates it self or shoots itself in the foot move on an learn from that.
9. Never fall in love with a stock unless you know the unfair advantage in their product or whatever and the time frame for that to happen. Realistic time frame using common sense.
10. Be able to abswer questions (not inside informantion) on why I own this stock.

And much much more than that. Most build an group of investors that can see the potential happening and will DD them selves and NOT BE SHEEP. No one can pick winners everytime. ALso there is too dang many good stocks out there to keep one that is all fluff.

sorry getting off soap box.

This has increased my portfolio like you would not believe. I have a bunch of sleepers I have been accumulating that have not awaken.
Now one other point I always try to NOT have to average down so solid DD typically helps with getting in at the bottom.
