As of March 2, SEEC had 32 factories world wide.

Sorry for the sloppy reporting which indicated 50 factories. Probably too high. Could be that the number is now well north of 32, however.

These y2k factories have been established by third party providers around the world. Some utilize SEEC tools exclusively, others are capable of utilizing other options. SEEC gets paid by the number of LOCs used. (Recording system makes reporting of LOCs extremely accurate.) This in-place infrastructure is what will give SEEC the opportunity to generate exceptional revenues when the last-minute rush starts in ernest.

From the HC Wainwright Report of March 2, 1998:

Third Party Providers (# of Factories)

IBM (5)
Satyam (3)
Unisys (3)
CBSI (2)
Cybertech (2)
IMI Systems (2)
Intersolv (2)
PCS (Patni) (2)
Tata Infotech (2)
Bedag (1)
Silverline (1)
ULL Corp (1)
5 small ISPs (5)
Keane (Vendor)

Hope that helps.
