"So many unresolved questions..." I am just so fed up with the all this, it has all been answered a hundred times so far! 1) Paul Lego is a VERY busy man - right now he is still at his second home (out of the area) and is not quite sure when he will be back in the area and available to be on the BOD. He wants to join the BOD and had planned on doing so "shortly" after the acquisition, but although retired as the Chairman of Westinghouse he is far form "retired". We look forward to Paul joining us and when he officially does join the BOD it will be announced, no need for this petty speculation and innuendo. 2) James Barggren and Willcox Inn - I have said before - NOTHING can be done until the audit is complete and the SEC filing is over with. 3) Access America...well, if people had taken the time to read some of what I have written on this they would have found 99% of the answers they were looking for. Oh well, sees like they would rather stir the pot up. 4) "Being required to phone or write directly to the president or C.E.O. for information on product ordering."....No one is required to write the company for product info, they were told to write the company about a separate matter that was being discussed in e-mail. "Maybe it's different in New Rochelle than it is in the rest of the world." - NO, we have been trying to handle the loss of one deal, a lawsuit on another and the collapse of two of our financing's. That seemed a bit more important then "Ned's" pizza sauce! (Everyone else who has requested product info or has ordered product HAS gotten there information or delivery.) Now that we are "moving on" from the problems of the last few months I will be getting an order page up that will (for now) showcase some of our exclusive line of imported Italian products known as "Club Dieta Mediterranea". I will also have some Italian wines (for sale to NYS customers) and a number of varieties of imported caviar. We will expand the product listings as we go. The following came to me via e-mail (I am not posting who sent it, if they want to take the credit, feel free)...I think it says it all! "I was glad that you posted regularly on SI, but then came to think of it as a mistake. We couldn't treat you like a fellow shareholder because you have a different loyalty to the company. We're just there for the money, but it's a big part of your life. I have come to believe that a cold impersonal PR firm would be better for shareholders than someone speaking from the heart. If they told us they new nothing we'd have to believe them." Yes, it is a BIG part of my life and I do speak from the heart, I guess that was a bad thing (in a sense). So, once again, I will go back to monitoring SI and try to stay out of the petty comments and bickering.
