So many unresolved questions; Paul Lego, James Barggren and Willcox Inn, Access America, the webpage product information and ordering page, Being required to phone or write directly to the president or C.E.O. for information on product ordering. If someone so much as sent a smoke signal to me with interest in buying my products, I would be clammering with customer service to make a sale. Maybe it's different in New Rochelle than it is in the rest of the world. So many questions and no answers.
