JZ, aside from me being right (this happens every once in a while--thank goodness), I wanted to address the remaining part of your message:
<When I wrote about MRVC revisiting the $23 area again I was concerned about weak sales within the industry, DSO's not being worked off to the satisfaction of the analysts as well as the restructuring charge for Xyplex.>
After speaking with Noam, I felt very comfortable about the above potential problems. I feel he is (while somewhat unflattering during his stints on CNBC) a very credible CEO. I actually like the fact that he isn't blowing smoke for the street. Hyping eventually comes back to haunt the shareholders. He may come off as a bit "geeky" (as others have mentioned), but why would anyone want some slick-suited, wall street savy CEO running the company?! You can't trust them as far as you can throw them.

When MRVC had its problems, Noam was there to address them. He didn't hide them. He was very clear about how they were addressing them. Further, he told EVERYONE that these problems would be worked through over the next couple of quarters and that analysts should be happy with the progress. This may sound corny, but build a solid company (especially something to do with building out networks) and the street will come....

regards,
greg
