AVNT up 3.5% today, still holding in mid-20s, after huge jump Friday. Even if AVNT's software is not enjoined, they continue to face a civil trial which could destroy the company. CDN estimated their losses from the alleged theft of their software at $400 million, which with treble damages could result in a $1.2 billion penalty against AVNT.

ZONA is up 10% today, 3 points, for unknown reasons. Perhaps continued publicity for the competing product Viagra (featured on t.v., magazine covers, etc.) is continuing to spark an interest that this company may also succeed. Unfortunately, ZONA's product is not as effective, may never be approved, and even if it is, will be late to market.

I think both represent excellent shorting opportunities.
