Well actually, the questions haven't been answered. Your saying they are doesn't make it so.

>>...coincidence that within 24hours of CSHK's lawyer have a memo posted here that these people could be charged with libel?

Jim, I've read practically every message posted on this thread in the past few days. I'll venture an opinion that any lawyer (and client) stupid enough to bring such charges would find themselves on the defensive by facing sanctions for filing such frivolous charges.

However, I could see government charges arise if, repeat, if it turns out that any of the active participants to the recent discussion promoting this stock are financially or legally related to the company. Just one man's opinion.

Regards,

David

Actually, I have more open questions than before.

Here is my fear Jim B. At least acknowledge the
deductive reasoning and thought process. My wish is that cshk
is legit....I OWN SHARES REMEMBER!

I have spoken about how companies buy up
defunct businesses just to have access to the shares that had
been authorized to sell by the SEC. This happens all the time.
Take for example an out of business company was authorized
to sell 10 million shares when they were in business. Now the
company is out of biz and the shares can be bought for say
.009. That means out of pocket a person (company) could buy
them up for $90,000.00. It may sound like a lot of money to
you but step back and think for just a minute. A couple of
releases that imply that the company could turn a dime profit
(not promises) just implications with no guarantee and you
have a runner. .10 x a 20 p/e and this stock should have a
value of $2.00 per share. This coupled with some Internet hype
and some unethical promoters (who get paid in shares for
their efforts) and the stock goes from .009 to .50. Then the
people who purchased can't understand why the stock
languishes and doesn't move higher on news. The reason is
that the same people who promoted are selling hard and
shorting. Yes I said shorting. I misconception is that stocks under
$5.00 can't be shorted-not true! For the average person this is
the case but not for Market makers and people with deep
pockets. So they make money up or down. The only thing that
matters is have a large enough share base to work from to
make it profitable.
As an investor, if you don't time your trades perfectly (a tactic
that is unsuccessful ) you lose money. I hope
just like you that cshk is legit, but I have some doubts. If you
were sitting in my office right now I know I could articulate
this concept and you would walk away thinking a whole new
way about the market. The only reason I own this stock is
because there was a technical "buy" based on volume. You may
not always like my posts but I don't hype and I am not a stupid
man. I have seen this happen for years. I know it well

Yup. Just coincidence. We're well aware we wrote nothing libelous. (Actually silly Rebecca mentioned "slander", you'll recall; a mistake.) I think I explained pretty clearly why I'm leaving: no point endlessly repeating oneself. The material's on the table. Those who get it, have already got it; those who don't never will.

But naturally I'll be lurking, and will of course comment on anything that seems of particular interest.

Hasta la vista!

While it is quiet it is a good time to remind us that the software is real and works. See messages.yahoo.com@m2.yahoo.com.

It is an April 7 post that says:I downloaded the beta file at waltech.com/~scott, and it worked perfectly for me! It appears to be all and more that Cashco has claimed. It was only a 6.4 meg file and installed easily with winzip.

The scott site was closed soon afterward to people getting an advanced peek so do not get all excited when you go there and need a UN and PW.

Jim B, can you point me to the post from CHSK's attorney. There are just to many garbage posts to wade through in order for me to find it.

Thank You,
Phil Henn
