Miller Golf Inc., a 48 year old golf accessories company which Brassie acquired on April 3, 1998,
intends to merchandise its proprietary products via the virtual golf pro shop on the Internet.

Jerry Daly, President of Brassie Golf, and President of Miller Golf, said, ''Miller Golf has long been recognized in the golf industry for its excellence in customer service and product delivery.'' Daly
