The Feds case is probably based on the Intergraph case where the Judge has already preliminarily ruled against INTC.The opinion is worth reading regarding Intel's business methods.

Dear Incredible: Isnt that an incredible waste of TAXPAYERS money?? Not only does INTC have competition but they are a benign giant, even helping competition at times. Better they spend their time on MSFT. JDN

Incredible Hult, do you have any of the details on the FTC case? I would appreciate some more information. I heard on CNBC that the FTC may be filing some sort of action against Intel tomorrow. Do you know if this is true?

Thanks for the information.
