I'll be brief because I'm sure all in this folder are glued to their screens as am I. I figure there are two best parts of the financing announced today:

1) the $9 million ($7 million cash) is totally non-dilutive
2) MDIX keeps a stake in their former line of business by accepting senior stock.

A great, great deal. After this announcement, the company is holding $.42 per share in cash. I asked my NJ broker friend the other day what the Cymedix burn rate was. He told me it was small. Figure it's $1 million per year. With the multiples that Internet companies are receiving, MDIX should trade at between 3 times and 5 times cash until the revenues from the Internet business begin flowing. Your calculators work as well as mine.
