LOL I feel the same way. The scan I was thinking of would be one that just gets a general field of good prospects and then go over them visually for confirmation of the IL

I get almost all my IL candidates from scanning the WSJ or IBD or New York Times columns, marking off stox that are near highs that are 500% or so higher than the 52-week lows. About one in five produce the likely chart pattern; sadly, only another one out of five yield ACT/IL, making this only a 4% effective way of finding them. Don't know of another.
