No it is not reasonable. WinStar does NOT think that ARTT is worth $17 3/8. WinStar only thinks that ARTT is worth 0.454 WCII shares. WCII's share price is grossly overvalued. Assuming that WCII is actually worth only $22 per share, ARTT's true value is only $10 (22 * 0.454). ARTT is no bargain at the current price of $14-15.
