Pete, supply and demand for every buyer there is a seller. ho ho ho I have seen houses in the good areas of Fairfield county get back to near their 1987 peak. The large estates have probably exceeded their peak but that's out of my league fer now. I'll go shopping when they sell fer 10 cents on the dollar-g- Some anecdotal evidence of the bubble is the number of large new homes 5-7000 + sq. ft. being built selling fer more than 1,000,000 . Basicly from what I have seen RE in this area has been dead money at best. you would have been better off renting and buying MSFT fer 0.58 cents/sh or Dell or CSCO . Then you could just go around waving greenbacks and buy whatever you want.-g- Mike
