A recent officer posting in a thread I follow: exchange2000.com Note the response time to the prior post, and also note the lack of other posts by the author. There are numerous other instances but these are exceptional. The silent lurker approach is much more the norm. I sat with another COO last week, in the course of discussions I passed him a comparative graph. He chuckled, glancing somewhat ruefully at his PC monitor saying something like "Believe me, I look at it (SI) everyday!"
