Why doesn't it surprise me that the most vocal naysayers of Ballard haven't read the annual report? I consider it to be basic due diligence but of course day-traders needn't worry about that. If you're gonna write calls CR, perhaps you should do some homework on your target first. I know, I know, you are bullish long term, but geez, don't make your ignorance so obvious, visit a library or phone the company, they will send you one. This is your biggest doozie so far.

Hey C R LUM, I think your shorts are showing!

In essence all I said was that Ballard's Annual Report was good. Over the years, I've seen hundreds of them, some are bad some are good... This one is good.

It's rather obvious that you haven't read the "report". The patent situation is well enough covered (advantages and risks) and the competitive threats are well covered too! (And Toyota's program is mentioned in a positive light, something you seem unable to do, for obvious reasons.)

I think that most readers understand about the "lifetime" of a given patent's protection, as well as that there are ways to broaden and improve patent positions over time.

To throw out two examples of other unrelated patent situations is really disingenuous and rather like comparing apples to oranges.

You really don't want anyone to buy this stock, do you?
