Interesting reading... search.microsoft.com Example: microsoft.com TV delivery of the Internet to your PC: Using WavePhore's WaveTop feature included in Windows 98 and a TV tuner card, you can select from a list of content and have it delivered to your PC over broadcast or cable television signals. Why use television signals? So you don't tie up your phone line while you're getting updates on sports, news, the weather, and anything else you want delivered over the Web. Have people already discussed the Microsoft advertising factor? Anybody know when TV commercials will be coming out? The biggest problem with WAVO in the past was lack of advertising dollars. Now, that seems to have been solved.
