Chris, I think you are right about this rally. I looks like most averages will rally back to 21 dma and then turn south again. I have been mostly in cash since late last week and only playing a few. Keeping a close I on RADAF. Thanks.

Tonight on CNBC Ralph Ancompora made the following statements in regard to todays action on the overall market:

1. He is looking for a 5% to 10 % correction. Somewhere between 8300 and 8700 on the Dow.

2. He is still looking for 10,000 by the end of the year.

3. When looking where to put your money in the short term look for two things
- Stocks that were not overvalued going into the correction
- Stocks that were down very little while the rest of the market tanked

We are almost in the 4 week window leading up to 2nd Q earnings and May of last year is when we started to climb and never looked back until the October correction.

IBM Board Approves 10 Percent Dividend Increase

Additional Share Repurchases Authorized

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 28, 1998--IBM today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend increase of 10 percent, from $.20 per common share to $.22 per common share. The dividend is payable June 10, 1998 to holders of record May 8, 1998.

Including today's action, IBM's dividend has increased 76 percent since 1996.

The board also authorized the company to repurchase up to an additional $3.5 billion of IBM common shares. IBM said it plans to buy shares on the open market from time to time, depending on market conditions.

Since January 31, 1995, the company has repurchased approximately $20 billion of its common stock under a series of earlier board authorizations.
