Dave,

This market is very confusing. I have not seen a CLASS BUY situation reverse so quickly. Complete retracements of intraday moves normally only occur when my technicals are in the mid-range not when they are in the overbought or oversold range(as they are now).

Ok lets say that since my charts are not updated until after the close then the CLASS ! BUY signal actually occured when the market was down yesterday 220 points. That makes sense since I do not get intraday technicals. So this upswing actually took us up about 160 points off yesterdays lows in total.

Something that TOM stated that appears to be happening is the possiblility that we will revisit the lows of yesterday before rebounding. That would be be considered a TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP(DOUBLE BOTTOM). So lets say it does a TDD and rebounds upward, then my original timing of a mid-week rebound could still be intact.
To be more specific of this TDD, if it does occur it would mean that we could be down again tomorrow with the rebound to the upside to occur in the afternoon or Thursday. I must mention that I have not seen a TECHNICAL DELAYED DIP occur this fast.

Of course if we do continue down off of today's highs for the rest of the day into tomorrow, the key will then be if yesterday's lows hold.
It is quite obvious of that this rally today is weakening quickly.

Wow, are we getting girations like crazy.
I hope I am making some sense.
