Ok, any idea the size of this company, 1 employee working out of their basement or 100? Any idea what the revenues are $1000 or $100million and finally any idea what was paid for it $1000 or 50 million shares?

Perhaps Pritech was a listed company in NewZ, in which case I could probably find out what the market cap was and details as to what was paid, however not sure if Pritech was listed?
Scott

Okey, why the stock price decline...?

What can you speculate is the reason for the declining stock price since the new exchange?

I have reviewed the material I was sent, and I must say that this type of company is difficult to perform DD on. They are so spread out in their initiatives/acqisitions.

It does look good, and tempting at these values. Looks like they may be picking up some debt, as they finance new acquisitions, but hopefully (and most likely), they will be profitable ones.

They are getting involved with more distribution of IBM and Lotus notes products/services, and I think that bodes well too.

With a moving target, it is difficult to say what their book value is, but the price is getting more and more attractive. Just hope they get some exposure (after I buy) soon.

Scott, what did you think??
