Ned, I know you think I'm crazy to stay with this joy ride, but there are still some things to cling to. The Danielle deal was signed by Swan. He told me that. He tried to back out but that's not the gentlemanly thing to do. The court could find in our favor. John had almost nothing to do with running the company on a day-to-day basis and him being out of the picture if it goes through shouldn't hurt the company. In fact, revenue has been flat every since he took over as near as I can tell. Gold Coast was a small deal and I'm told Eric Hudson had intentionally killed the business just before he was to sell it to Araldica. There are lots of other fish in the sea. Try not to cling to the old announcements like Wilcox and 5MM advertising and Access America, etc. It's like spaghetti, you throw a few pieces at the wall and if something sticks, it's a deal, until then it's not done. As for Access America the response you were looking for was under your nose the entire time (on my message board)...they have an office listing in NYC (and Philadelphia). If either is the main office now so be it, it is not my responsibility to keep up with where they are located within the USA. The signed letter was faxed (and is legaly just as binding as being mailed) and to date neither party has recanted their opnion of this in writing (that I have ever been informed of). Edgar Arguello job is just fine and you have no need to be concerned over that. We own Super City Gourmet, the deal is done. Super City is expanding it sales and increasing its volume monthly. "It's that 1% you don't want to discuss that leads to scepticism and mistrust."...Lets face facts "Ned", you refuse to give out any personal information on yourself or anyway to contact you, you say you're a stockholder, you say a lot of things and all in all someone "I don't trust"! If you are a stockholder, well then I have ALL the information I could want on you, as I have access too and copies of all stockholders lists and reports.
