Mesaba: I believe the info report stated that there was a deposit, REFUNDABLE, if parliament does not grant tax exemption. This in my mind means check in an escrow account. Terms, under the situation we find ourselves in, to be very satisfactory. In my mind having a minority position in the operation could mean a real plus long term. The "fat lady" has not sung as yet, but I believe I hopefully hear her in the rehearsal room practicing her high "C's". Great going Bill and negotiating team. With crossed fingers and toes we wait. Another positive; we have now shown that a viable group has faith in the process. Regards, Eli
